50th Reunion Project

While working on the plans for our 50th class reunion, Bob Cantrell suggested we take on a class project and that it be the Emory Valley Center. So many of us have been affected by the EVC at some point in our life, either personally or from knowing of others who have been. Bob presented the committee with a great deal of information about EVC to enlighten us about what the EVC does and what they are able to accomplish. The reunion committee unanimously voted to take on EVC as our class project by agreeing to donate ten percent of what was left in the treasury after all reunion bills had been paid.
 

I am so proud to say that the ORHS Class of 1964 presented $550 to the EVC, and along with individual donations that were made directly to EVC by you, our classmates, the total contribution from the ORHS Class of 1964 was $8,190.
